So I'm coming up to 100 decent workouts for the year 2021 which if you know me at all, means I've been working through my most fitness-centric year in existence. Inspired by hitting age 40, wanting to spend more time outside than in front of a screen and with covid 19 forcing me to enjoy more time at home, I've almost hit the 100 mark which is a huge achievement for me.
