Hacking right up until the very end of the year

Back in September when I first started writing it, I promised myself I'd get the third and final part of my Hack book trilogy done by the end of 2020. September quickly became October, October started to get busy and suddenly morphed into November and that was a nightmare too. Suddenly it's mid December and here I was reminding myself 'You did promise yourself you'd have this done by the end of this year and the clock is ticking buddy..' I got it finished and published....on New Years Eve 2020!  It's out, it's good to go and ready to rock ...

Here for a short time AND a good time

Lightning quick update time! A short story? I don't have time to write a short story! Next minute..

Even more free books to impress your friends and neighbors with!

Yes once again I'm applying the #freebook equivalent of a Fujiwara Arm Bar to your long suffering Kindle/phone/reading device, making it tap out with the sheer weight of more awesome books you can read for nothing (through Kindle Unlimited that is.) Trust me, your Kindle needs more freebies so let's go!

A whole bunch of books that go BANG!

Another chance to read more books for free? This place is turning into the blogspot version of Ozbargain it seems (for books that is). However if you love your reads heavy on the action side, then you're going to love what's on offer here!

Grab a free book and tell the author what you think

Like books? Like finishing up a book, mulling it over in your mind and then putting your thoughts to the internet? Can you not visit any cafe without leaving a review all about their steaming chai late and freshly baked pumpkin scones, even if you thought the service was 'adequate'?  Well have I got some more awesome freebies for you!

On the road with a man called Hack

Hey look, my latest book is out!

(17 and counting) Writing tips with Al

So it's been a while since I last mashed fingers to key to this blog because behind the scenes I've been mashing fingers to my latest writing project. Self isolation, the whole Covid-19 business has given me a lot more time at home and in turn I've channeled that into a lot more time working on my writing projects. (My next one will be published in a couple of weeks - awesome!) In the process, I've learnt quite a few things that you might find helpful in your own writing/self publishing journey. My next book on the way! Pour yourself your favorite hot beverage and let's get into it!

The Write Stuff

A rag tag team of derelict ship scavengers discover a bizarre melded combination of lost ships in the middle of deep space and when they investigate it doesn't take them long to realize that nothing is what it seems.. An army major is tasked with the impossible: Prevent a base with no escape being overrun by overwhelming forces. They're out numbered, out gunned and nothing they come up with seems to work... Dessert raiders slaughter an archaeology team in the dessert only to discover a strange survivor asleep in one of the tombs. They take him back to base and that's when the horrors begin... New intriguing specials coming to Netflix? Nay. All books I started writing but never got round to finishing in 2019. Maybe 2020 will be my year?
