How I lost 3 kilos in 3 weeks

So the good news is, I learnt how to lose 3 kilos in as many weeks without a single gym session. For the first time in an ice age, I’m down to a very trim 72.4kg. Nice feet pal! The bad news is – to get to this level I had to practically move an entire three bedroom house. And since it’s such a laborious pain in the rear end, I truly wouldn’t recommend this process to anyone...
