Now blogging over at Onemanmanyplans.com.au

It's been real, thanks Blogger! Hey thanks for checking out this page! After 10 years of posting here and over 600 posts, it's time to try something new at over possibly greener pastures. Which means you can now find me and all my random adventuring ways over at One Man Many Plans .

Bash for the Border - Round 3 - One must fall!

The Flavorless Flav's are going into this round without a single win on the board yet. But then so is my latest opponent Guy My Suprise.

Which means it's Thunderdome time - two teams enter, only one team leaves! (As winner)

Luckily I'm fielding a full team this week and short of someone tripping over in the change room and braining themselves on a particularly unforgiving towel, hopefully I should do okay. McCluggage is back in play and anyone in doubt (or that I know is out) is spending some time bench side.

And not that I usually put much stock in the so far wildly inaccurate predictor, at least this time it thinks I may have a slight chance.

Correct. Current predictor outcome (subject to change) - Flavourless Flav's to win round 3 challenge against Guy My Surprise by 56 points.

Well here's hoping!

TO BE CONTINUED AS GAMES HAPPEN!

THE GAMES HAVE HAPPENED!

ROUND 3 FLAVORLESS FLAV'S HIGHLIGHTS

Franlkin, Daniher, Bontempelli, McCluggage and McGovern all turned up to play, turning in a sniff over 100 points each.

Hurn turned up to play twice it seems, dominating the scoring with 156 points.

Nic Nat had a great four quarters...from the bench. Oh.

No one on the team was sure what game McDonald was playing but it certainly didn't look like football..

Maybe he was thinking he was on a farm?

So an overall good team performance but before we get down to brass tacks about who won this round in our little super coach battle, Alpha Delta the winners and grinners stats if you will?

COMPUTING...

Best on ground: Hurn 156

Worst on ground: McDonald 28

Best on bench: Naitanui 119

Top 3: Hurn, McGovern, Pendlebury

Bottom 3: McDonald, Ziebell, Byrne-Jones,

Suggestions: Swap McDonald for Dangerfield, Nataui for Pittonet. Get Dusty back, somehow..

FINAL RESULT - WIN!

Sorry guy!

He put up a great fight (Grundy scoring him a thumping 192 points as Captain!) but it was a battle of attrition and my team put in just enough collectively to win the challenge by 97 points!

I'm still 7th on the ladder but no longer win less and that's a great base to build on!

For round 4: I'm up against De Silva Surfers and wouldn't you know it? Zac's in the same boat as me. One win, two loses. And one of us is about to hit a 3rd.. plan of attack coming later this week, stand by!
